摘要: Background In recent decades, there has been an increasing interest in long-distance running, not only to the classic arathon distances but also ultramarathon - 100 km, 250 and multi-day races. One of most reactive body systems conditions prolonged muscular loads is immune system. The work aimed investigate changes immunological parameters runners for extra-long various durations. Methods We examined 73 male athletes specializing ultra-long-distance running. design survey included study status during marathon race, km run, six-day run. studied dynamics leukocyte formula; subpopulations lymphocytes; fractions immunoglobulins: IgA, IgM, IgG; phagocytic activity. Results During athletes' are manifested by development neutrophilic leukocytosis with a decrease activity neutrophils. There was sharp increase NLR LMR. A 100-km race caused absolute relative number T-lymphocytes. increased almost ten times, LMR, on contrary, decreased nearly five times. On first day 6-days after which stabilization both indicators. Conclusions Changes jogging closely related duration load. pronounced observed part neutrophils lymphocytes.
