摘要: Abstract After dozens of years crude oil recovery, oilfields are facing increasing depletion resources. More than 60% the Earth's resources likely still in subsurface deposits. Although related theories and technologies enhanced recovery not routinely used, microbial (MEOR) has potential to be one most valuable exploitation. The diverse communities found oil/water samples from production well Shengli oilfield were analyzed by culture-independent molecular techniques, including a 16S rRNA gene clone library, terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism (T-RFLP) denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE). In this study, nutrients (carbon source, nitrogen inorganic salts trace elements) injected into S12-4 wells, diversity, composition, dynamics, quantity structures subsequently determined extracted 0–17 months after nutrient injection. results show that injection had profound effect on relative number petroleum microorganisms. dominant species mainly genus Pseudomonas , belonging order Pseudomonadales Marinobacter Alteromonadales, as methanogenic archaea. This study is first time an reservoir have been examined with so many before All data illustrate nutrient-rich conditions, indigenous microbes different accompanied anaerobic organisms play important role emulsion MEOR.
