摘要: Conjugated drug delivery has gained immense interest due to the possibility of overcoming resistance cancer cells a specific when treated using it for period time. In present study, CS/Pd nanocomposite been prepared cost effective chemical reduction method and used curcumin (CUR) 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) separately in conjugated form. The before after encapsulation have studied various characterization techniques. release drugs from with respect time analyzed kinetics also studied. profile is mostly seen adhere zero order which represents constant system. This most favored kinetic as this leads prolonged drug, thus leading number doses administered. cytotoxicity loaded nanocomposites on colon studied, shows effectiveness composite system towards successfully inhibiting growth cells.
