摘要: This work examines the potential use of chitosan tripolyphosphate (CS/TPP) nanoparticles for gene delivery in different tissues fish through oral route. The porin Vibrio anguillarum was used to construct a DNA vaccine using pcDNA 3.1, eukaryotic expression vector and named as pVAOMP. CS/TPP were synthesized by ionic gelation process these particles characterized. morphology particle size measurements studied field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectra). pVAOMP encapsulated mixing equal volume heated solutions. encapsulation efficiency found be 79.9% binding with nanoparticles. stability plasmid also determined after DNase I chitosanase. cytotoxicity evaluated MTT assay cell line. confirmed immunohistochemistry, ELISA real-time PCR analyses. results indicate that can easily delivered into feeding
