摘要: SUMMARY. The activities of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (D-glucose-6-phosphate: NADP oxidoreductase, G6PD), 6-phosphogluconatc (6-phospho-D-gluconate: 6PGD), hexokinase (ATP: D-hexose 6-phosphotransferase, Hx), lactate (D-lactate: NAD LDH). glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase (L-aspartatc: 2 oxoglutarate aminotransferase, GOT) and dihydrofolatc reductase (DHFR) were measured at 8 a.m. in leucocytes healthy individuals patients with chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML), lymphatic (CLL), myelofibrosis metaplasia polycythaemia vera. In view the heterogeneity leucocyte populations these conditions, enzyme correlated to number immature cells CML percentage lymphocytes CLL. No differences found between white individuals, all enzymes except GOT directly cells; an inverse correlation was observed only whose activity cell suspension. Furthermore, a significantly higher this Ficoll-isolated CLL as compared normal lymphocytes.
