摘要: Abstract Immune functions are coordinated along the 24 h time scale both in mice and man. These circadian rhythms (with a period τ = h) appear as: (1) endogenous: external cycles not necessary for immune to be observed; (2) linked sleep-wakefulness cycle laboratory rodents human beings. As result of such structure immunity, cyclosporin A (a drug which depresses functions), interleukin-2, tumor necrosis factor α-interferon (drugs enhance functions) more or less effective and/or toxic according their dosing rats. preclinical data warrant investigate chronotherapeutic schedules with these agents.
