摘要: We have investigated therapeutically relevant pathophysiological parameters of human breast and lung cancer xenografts in nude rats. All cancers one exhibited rapid growth high blood flow values paralleled by metabolic rates. The tissue these tumors was well oxygenated up to very advanced stages. Xenografts from other cell lines grew much more slowly, were poorly perfused, low Here, tumor hypoxia acidosis evident. These results indicate that significant differences the micromilieu can be detected tumors; are due varying perfusion rates may partly responsible for failure obtain control individual patients.
