摘要: Gene regulatory networks can be described by continuous models in which genes are acting directly on each other. Genes activated or inhibited transcription factors direct gene products. The action of a factor is modeled as binary on-off response function around certain threshold concentration. Different thresholds regulate the behaviors genes, so that combined effect generally assumed to obey Boolean-like composition rules. Analyzing behavior such network model challenging task mathematical simulation, particularly when at least one variable close its thresholds, called switching domains. In this paper, we briefly review particular class for regulation networks, namely, piece-wise linear and present an event-driven method analyze motion
