摘要: Microsatellites or simple sequence repeats (SSRs) markers are very informative for various applications in genetics and breeding. Information obtained with these has contributed to a better understanding of evolution the complexity sugarcane genome. With objective identifying large set polymorphic microsatellite designated as Unigene derived Sugarcane Microsatellite (UGSM) Enriched Genomic (SEGMS), 351 UGSM 36 SEGMS were tested find out SSRs marker sugar content. These screened validated their use genetic diversity, cross transferability comparative linkage potential high low bulk two segregating progenies twenty each, cultivated cultivars. 158 (40.83%) (144-UGSM: 14-SEGMS) found be highly robust polymorphic. Cross amplification was estimated among nineteen accessions six cultivars, one inter specific hybrids, five related species, four genera, three divergent genera by using 27 primers. Analysis 388 alleles, amplified markers, indicated number observed allele ranged from 2 26, an average 14.37 alleles detected per locus. High level polymorphism cultivars 96.3%, while cross-transferability rate 98.0% within Saccharum complex 88.27% cereals. Wide range diversity (0.33–0.79 0.56) assayed suggested importance genotypic sugarcane.
