摘要: The steady state levels of mRNAs codying for the ribosomal proteins S6, S11, and S14 have been evaluated in quiescent proliferating human fibroblasts resting peripheral blood mononuclear cells. It was found that amounts protein mRNA are very similar not increased by serum or mitogen stimulation. constitutive expression these genes appears to be coordinately regulated it is modified after synthesis inhibition cycloheximide. also assayed 15 different populations leukemic blast In abundance each remarkably from other. results our present experiments indicate three undergoes independent noncoordinated changes large majority studied.
