摘要: The surgical technique of laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) has not been fully standardized yet and there is the unresolved question what optimum size retained pyloric antrum. aim our research was to prove that even after a radical resection antrum physiological stomach evacuation function can still be preserved. Our study based on 12 patients, who were randomly divided into two groups. Patients undergoing (RA group) underwent gastric emptying scintigraphy determine half-time (T1/2) food retention in 90th minute test (%GE) both before operation 3 months afterward. whom preserved (PA served as control group for comparison postoperative weight loss (in kilogram), decrease body mass index (BMI), decline excess (%EWL). resulting changes statistically processed. In RA group, average time T1/2 declined from 57.5 32.25 min (p = 0.016) %GE dropped 20.5 9.5 % (p = 0.073). Differences values weight, BMI, or %EWL between groups no statistical significance (p > 0.8). an increase postoperatively noted. Complications such failure observed group. results suggest more performed by LSG possible without concerns disorder function.
