摘要: Abstract The one-dimensional motion of interstitial-type dislocation loops in Fe–9Cr ferritic alloy is studied by situ transmission electron microscopy. Loop examined under 1000 kV high-energy irradiation at temperatures ranging from 110 to 680 K and thermal annealing 295 960 without introduction additional displacement subsequent the K. results are compared with those pure bcc Fe, effects Cr on extracted. Under irradiation, frequency only slightly reduced Cr. In contrast, annealing, significantly origins such two-way discussed.
