摘要: The electron density of an individual microdischarge channel in different stable patterns including a square and hexagon pattern dielectric barrier discharge argon at atmospheric pressure is investigated using spectral line profile method. procedure for deconvolution the asymmetric convolution integral used to obtain Stark broadening shift Ar I 696.54 nm calculation density. parameters such as impact width ωe ion α can also be obtained from procedure. By comparing with theoretical values temperatures given by Griem, temperature reasonably estimated. It found that increases increasing voltage.
