摘要: Background Hepatitis E virus (HEV) is the most recently discovered of hepatotropic viruses, and considered an emerging pathogen in developed countries with possibility fulminant hepatitis immunocompromised patients. Especially latter elevated transaminases should be taken as a clue to consider HEV infection, it can treated by discontinuation immunosuppression and/or ribavirin therapy. To our best knowledge, this unique case autochthonous infection coincident reactivation Epstein-Barr (EBV) immunosuppressed patient rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
