摘要: In this chapter, I shall review our current knowledge of the mechanism mammary oncogenesis by Mouse Mammary Tumor Virus (MMTV), with particular emphasis on activation cellular oncogenes insertion MMTV proviral DNA. The properties these newly discovered will be described in some detail, and finally, speculate a little action genes. As an introduction, relevant earlier discoveries summarized to provide framework biology viral tumorigenesis. More encyclopedic overviews molecular are found references 1, 2 3.
