摘要: Abstract The pork production chain and raw products are among the most important reservoirs of antimicrobial-resistant microorganisms. This study investigated antimicrobial resistance profiles integrons their associated gene cassettes Escherichia coli isolated from a large-scale centralized swine slaughterhouse in Zhejiang, China its downstream markets. A total 300 E. isolates were identified 720 samples. No detected on slaughtering line or at supermarkets. Of collected lairages open markets, 242 (80.67%) classified as multi-drug resistant (MDR).
