摘要: This paper deals with the application of an anticipating and coordinating feedback control scheme in order to mitigate long-term voltage instability multi-area power systems. Each local area is uniquely controlled by a agent (CA) selecting values based on model predictive (MPC) possibly operated independent transmission system operator (TSO). MPC-based CA only knows detailed hybrid its own area, employing reduced-order quasi steady-state (QSS) models neighboring areas even simpler PV for remote areas, anticipate (and then optimize) future behavior area. Moreover, CAs agree communicating their planned input sequence coordinate actions. The feasibility proposed method real-time applications explained, some practical implementation issues are also discussed. performance method, using time-domain simulation Nordic32 test system, compared uncoordinated decentralized MPC (no information exchange among CAs), demonstrating improved achieved combining anticipation coordination. robustness against modeling uncertainties illustrated.
