摘要: The semi-experimental approach to approximating physicochemical data relevant environmental distribution (vapor pressure and gas–octanol distribution) by correlation with gas chromatography (GC) retention has been extended the determination of Kow values. We estimated values >104 for polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB), which are often derived liquid chromatography, chromatographic data. Selecting a set reference compounds known relative time (RRT) enables easy accurate semi-empirical calculation further given group congeners. RRT/log is validated in this paper regard following conditions: (1) isothermal versus temperature-programmed elution, (2) possible effect polarity stationary phase, (3) format standardized GC advantages our Kow(GC) method can be summarized as follows: complex mixtures analyzed, only amounts nanogram-range or less required, isomers determined exact structure need not known. Normalized persistent organic pollutants readily available. quality obtained compares well that other estimation methods. It depends mainly on accuracy structurally correlated used standards cohort. all 209 PCB congeners given.
