摘要: The assessment of genetic diversity is a primary concern plant breeders and germplasm curators for which morphological traits are internationally accepted descriptors but often associated with limitations due to G × E interactions. Phenotypic, ISSR, SSR markers were employed determine the relationships among 20 commercially cultivated sesame genotypes representing different geographical regions India. A narrow range dissimilarity (0.01–0.12) mixed clustering was observed using descriptors. total 279 band positions 57% polymorphism amplified by ISSR primers, whereas 36 allelic 73% produced primers 100% reproducibility. high discrimination power identified producing genotype-specific bands distinguishing all used in this study. poor correlation lack perfect congruence between phenotypes marker-based analysis indicated UPGMA dendrogram PCA analysis. Our results suggest that provide powerful tool genotype identification establishment genotypes. We recommend use molecular testing, required obtaining intellectual property rights, also genotypic varieties.
