摘要: Objective To investigate the mechanisms whereby urinary trypsin inhibitor prevents lipopolysaccharide-induced preterm delivery in mice. Methods On day 15 of pregnancy, C3H/HeNCrg female mice impregnated by Crg:66D2F1 male were treated intraperitoneally with lipopolysaccharide (50 μ g/kg, twice at a 3-hour interval) to induce delivery. Urinary (2.5 × 10 4 , 7.5 or 25 units/kg, ten times 1-hour intervals) saline solution was administered animals. Results The incidence significantly decreased on dose-related basis treatment. prevented morphologic and functional changes fetal membranes cervical ripening preceding onset also suppressed increase plasma amniotic fluid concentrations interleukin-1 α interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor- after dosing this animal model for Conclusion pathogenicity through suppression cytokine production.
