摘要: It is disclosed a low-cholesterol whole shrimp method of obtaining same comprising: (a) to provide plurality frozen, peeled and deheaded shrimps; (b) freeze drying the shrimps humidity content approximately 1 10%; (c) extract cholesterol from dehydrated by means stream supercritical solvent which selective lipids, at temperature between 36-39° C. pressure 275-345 bar; (d) rehydrate in vacuum chamber with water relationship about 1-10 mL per g room 1-5 hours; (e) cook said steam.
