摘要: Esophageal cancer is one of the most common cancers worldwide with a poor prognosis. MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are class naturally occurring small noncoding RNAs and play an important role in initiation development. In this study, we demonstrate that expression levels miR-143 miR-145 were significantly decreased ESCC tissues comparison adjacent normal esophageal squamous tissues(NESTs). Furthermore, inverse correlation between tumor invasion depth lymph node metastasis was observed. The enforced induced growth suppression apoptosis cells. Rescue suppressed cells migration capabilities. Moreover, show functions mediated at least part by inhibition extracellular signal regulated kinase-5(ERK-5) activity. These results prove may act as suppressor ESCC.
