摘要: Metabolite analysis or metabolomics is an important component of systems biology in the post-genomic era. Although separate liquid chromatography (LC) methods for quantification major classes polar metabolites plants have been available decades, a single method that enables simultaneous determination hundreds possible only with gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS) techniques. The rapid expansion new LC stationary phases market and ready access mass many laboratories provides excellent opportunity developing LC–MS based multi-target metabolites. various developed over last 10 years aim to quantify one more compounds different matrices, currently there no consensus widely used plant studies. most promising applicable metabolite will be reviewed this paper problems encountered highlighted. review provide scientists, limited moderate experience analytical chemistry, up-to-date simplified information regarding current status using
