摘要: Abstract Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) refers to discretionary, nonrequired contributions by members the organizations that employ them. Evidence indicates job satisfaction is more closely related such than productivity in core tasks. Other data suggest personality also likely predict discretionary behaviors rather task productivity.
