摘要: We have investigated the generation of spiral waves in a Couette–Taylor system between counter rotating cylinders and found that for small supercriticality, competition spirals propagating opposite directions along axis results formation localized source. Measuring group velocity as function amplitude, we determined these anomalous dispersion, sense phase each signs. The coupled complex Ginzburg–Landau equations offer good theoretical framework to explain results.
