摘要: Chronic inflammation, a pervasive feature of the aging process, is defined by continuous, multifarious, low-grade inflammatory response. It sustained and systemic phenomenon that aggravates can lead to age-related chronic diseases. In recent years, our understanding inflammation has advanced through large number investigations on calorie restriction (CR). A broader view concept senoinflammation, which an outlook beyond traditional view, as proposed in previous work. this review, we discuss effects CR multiple phases proinflammatory networks signaling pathways elucidate basic mechanism underlying aging. Based studies senoinflammation CR, recognized senescence-associated secretory phenotype (SASP), mainly comprises cytokines chemokines, was significantly increased during aging, whereas it suppressed CR. Further, cellular metabolic were also dysregulated aging; however, mimetics reversed these effects. These results further support enhance novel related changes occur process. Furthermore, thorough elucidation effect will reveal key insights allow possible interventions mechanisms, thus contributing development new therapies focused improving health longevity.
