摘要: Alnus spp. are actinorhizal trees commonly found in wet habitats and able to grow effectively soil slightly contaminated with metal trace- elements. Two clones belonging two species, namely, A. incana glutinosa, were grown hydroponics exposed for 9 weeks a Cd + Ni Zn polymetallic constraint. Although responding by similar decrease total biomass production, the proteomic analysis associated study of various biochemical parameters including carbohydrate mineral analyses revealed that have distinct stressresponsive behavior. All indicated roots, organ direct contact media, more affected than leaves. In fact, glutinosa response was almost completely confined whereas many proteins change significantly roots leaves treated incana. both clones, changes broad range metabolic processes such as redox regulation energy metabolism induced production pathogenesis-related proteins. particular, accumulation bacterial not identified coming from known symbionts reported. Further investigation should be performed identify their origin exact role plant exposure tested here.
