摘要: Abstract In this study we have characterized two types of Ca 2+ currents in identified neuron B5 Helisoma and examined the relationship between these neurotransmitter release. Neuron 05 contains low-voltage-activated (LVA) high-voltage-activated (HVA) currents. These distinct electrophysiological pharmacological properties. To gain access to site release, used a model system which somata that do not extend neurites assume role Before ability release neurotransmitter, they contain LVA HVA After 3 days culture, when spherical gained secretory capacity, only current is present. Experiments were also performed neurite extension was permitted. data indicate neurons with processes differential distribution The soma, does both currents, while distal current.
