摘要: Major advances are occurring in our understanding of the events leading to synapse formation. Contact between growth cone and target tissue leads intercellular signaling which controls both pre- postsynaptic development synapse. The identity retrograde signals that regulate presynaptic beginning emerge, signal transduction cascades activated presynaptically being characterized. Recent studies have shown resting calcium level activation protein kinase A critical terminal. An these regulatory mechanisms is provide insight into molecular control synaptic specificity.
