摘要: Summary Companion animals and their human guardians suffer from many of the same types cancer are often treated with drugs. Moreover, overall tumour biology is much more similar between humans companion than rodent tumor models. Therefore, it proposed that pre‐clinical evaluation novel therapeutics should include appropriately designed trials in to accurately predict efficacy toxicity humans. For example, studies dogs have been used assess design clinical immunotherapy, gene therapy, sustained release drug delivery liposomal delivery. In future, such will ultimately benefit not only humans, but also cancer.
