摘要: Patients with chronic kidney disease often use religion as a coping strategy to relieve suffering and serve source of strength. The aim this study was identify religious aspects associated mental health quality life in Brazilian dialysis patients. A cross-sectional performed involving two centers Brazil. were selected consecutively over three typical treatment days. questionnaire self-administered covered the following aspects: socio-demographic aspects, religiousness (using Portuguese version Private Social Religious Practice Scale), (World Health Organization Quality Life brief Scale Brief Version), depression anxiety (Beck Inventory), pain grade. For statistical analysis, hypothesis that different variables are (positively or negatively) depressive/anxiety symptoms these patients tested using linear regression, controlling for confounding variables. total 205 invited participate 133 (64.8%) agreed fill out questionnaire.
