摘要: The surface and transport properties of water-swollen silicone rubber-hydrogel composites were investigated. Surface wettability these materials, composed a polysiloxane matrix the hydrogel phase consisting very fine particles lightly cross-linked poly(2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate), increased markedly with increasing content phase. For composite materials containing 2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate (HEMA)-methacrylic acid (MAA) copolymer polymethacrylic (PMAA) as phase, permeability to water-soluble organic compounds drugs measured. varied within broad range depending on composition High permeation rates could be obtained while still retaining relatively fair mechanical properties. Relationships between composites, their structure coefficients individual permeates are discussed.
