摘要: Abstract The viscosity of the bifidan solutions was shown to be irreversibly decreased by ascorbic acid. This viscosity-reducing activity proportional concentration acid and enhanced atmospheric oxygen. inhibited sodium diethyldithiocarbamate peroxidase but only slightly catalase. H 2 O alone had little effect on solutions. Hydroperoxy radicals may responsible for reduction activity.
