摘要: The aim of this study was to detect Anaplasma phagocytophilum in wild and domesticated animals identify the phylogenetic relationships different strains bacterium. We adapted six published conventional methods targeting 16S fragments for real-time polymerase chain reaction. Initial screening samples from 419 found 37 positives, later confirmed with several primers a TaqMan probe. also performed DNA quantification melting curve analysis. nucleic acid sp. detected higher percentage cases members deer family, hares, bank voles mice (12.5∼15%) than foxes, boars, cows, horses (around 4∼6%). blood analysis horses, mice, ticks removed animals, evaluating presence antibodies against granulocytic Finally, we subjected 11 randomly selected PCR amplified products direct sequencing constructed corresponding tree respect Ehrlichia equi sequence, homologous human ehrlichiosis agent. Mutual identity ranged 99% 100%.
