摘要: In 1972, while searching in hypothalamic extracts for the releasing factor growth hormone (at that time and still uncharacterizedl ), we observed material from some fractions of purification sequence would powerfully inhibit secre tion immunoreactive hormone. Krulich & McCann (6) had previously such an inhibitory activity, but no attempt at its characterization been reported. Our test system was composed sets identical tissue-culture plates which anterior pituitary cells normal rats were attached as a monolayer four to six days after placing dish dispersion with collagenase trypsin (7).
