摘要: Girls with various forms of urinary tract infections and a reference material were analyzed forautoantibodies in serum to the Tamm-Horsfall glycoprotein. Such antibodies could be detected all sera analyzed. In control subjects cord blood contained very low IgA IgM anti-TH, which increased significantly up age 8 months. The IgG anti-TH levels correlated maternal levels. After 2 months followed other immunoglobulin classes. Among infants aged 7 acute UTI, no increases found. girls more than one year nonobstructive higher those pyelonephritis reflux, or without parenchymal reduction, normal radiologic findings. latter group had but not did cystitis. contrast, renal reduction signs infection at time testing depressed compared values.
