摘要: Girls with various forms of urinary tract infections and a reference material were analyzed forautoantibodies in serum to the Tamm-Horsfall glycoprotein. Such antibodies could be detected all sera analyzed. In control subjects cord blood contained very low IgA IgM anti-TH, which increased significantly up age 8 months. The IgG anti-TH levels correlated maternal levels. After 2 months followed other immunoglobulin classes.
