摘要: Among the many different methods applied for purpose of characterisation vesico-ureteral reflux (VUR) in an individual patient, radiographic grading has been widely used. However, differences between systems inhibit comparison and understanding, voiding cystourethrography (VCU) is not yet standardised, impact grade on risk renal scarring controversial. Radiographic papers considered as one important factors, others insignificant. Some most recent publications do even mention grade. In view importance answer to this argument general understanding pathogenesis well strategy treatment, we have report analysed selected data from International Reflux Study Children (IRSC) — a prospective collaborative study with clearly defined uniform criteria VUR standardisation VCU.
