摘要: Autoantibodies to Tamm-Horsfall protein associated with renal damage and urinary tract infections in adults. Forty-seven adults infection (UTI), 9 recent acute pyelonephritis 38 previous infection, were investigated for the presence of autoantibodies (THP). All patients except 6 had or vesicoureteric reflux (VUR). In pyelonephritis, only IgA antibodies significantly elevated. Among UTI, more than months before time testing, a graded response was found IgG IgM specific antibodies, lowest value those elevated serum creatinine highest normal X-ray.
