摘要: Two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis combined with a non-enzymatic sample preparation technique is useful for analysing clinical tumour material. Using these techniques, we analysed the relationship between histopathological findings in primary lung malignancies and expression of number unidentified polypeptides that were detected molecular weight region 20-35 kDa. In this study 45 cases cancer (PLC) (21 adenocarcinoma, ten squamous cell carcinoma, five large-cell one case adenosquamous small-cell carcinoma three carcinoid tumour) examined. For reference, human diploid fibroblast line (W138) normal peripheral lymphocytes used. Sixteen judged to be associated features. These seem valuable as differentiation markers. The simultaneous evaluation some other proliferation markers (e.g. PCNA, PCNA 'satellite', Numatin/protein B23 lamin B) seems clarify characteristics each PLC. Furthermore, it possible classify PLC based on two-dimensional findings, classification suggested reflect biological features more precisely than only morphology.
