摘要: Benign bone lesions present a unique challenge to the practicing orthopaedist. They are not uncommon problem that often in pediatric or young adult population. The most common diagnoses include giant cell tumor of bone, aneurysmal cysts, unicameral (simple) metaphyseal fibrous defects, and dysplasia. Appropriate surgical intervention must balance acceptable recurrence rates morbidity line with their benign diagnosis. Historically, early invention had unacceptably high rates. A more aggressive approach these significantly decreased but rose levels considered unacceptable for lesions. Extended curettage offers satisfactory compromise less morbidity. is technique intralesional excision where margins extended by surgical, chemical, thermal adjuvant. Adjuvant options phenol, liquid nitrogen, high-speed burr, cementation polymethylmethacrylate, argon-beam coagulation. described here uses combination coagulation, treat resulting an rate
