摘要: Lucifer Yellow-Dextran labelling of lower layer cells (LLC), sometimes together with upper (ULC), the 64-cellBarbus conchonius embryo resulted in labelled primordial germ (PGCs) at 12 h after fertilization (a.f.) about 25% cases. The presence PGCs was independent location injected blastomere respect to later orientation embryonic axis. After injection an ULC alone, however, were never found. Also, distribution somatic differed between ULC- and LLC-injected embryos. When we found fluorescent PGCs, only a few them labelled, suggesting that either single predecessor exists earlier than 64-cell stage or formation is polyclonal process. Tracing successive stages development shows extensive mixing unlabelled during epiboly stage, which might well be cause partly unpredictable cell lineages. chance being committed specific fate different for LLC descendants. This due relatively limited these two populations.
