摘要: Abstract A series of gold(III) complexes the type AuX 3 . L, where L = pyridine, pyridine-d 5 , 2-, 3- or 4-methyl 2,6-, 3,5- 2,4-lutidine, 4-cyanopyridine and X Cl Br, have been prepared, bromo-complexes for first time, their infrared spectra recorded in range 450–70 cm −1 as nujol mulls. The metal-halogen stretching vibrations are assigned, compared with corresponding parent 4 − ions. metal-base also assigned possible, an attempt is made to correlate these strenghts bases.
