摘要: In higher plants fertilization starts with the fusion of a haploid male sperm cell nucleus and female egg cell. The gametophyte, or pollen, is mobile component in this process its function to deliver two gametes into embryo sac (Heslop-Harrison 1987; McCormick 1991; 1993).
