摘要: Research in the domain of electronic negotiations is a rather new and very interdisciplinary field, which gains more attention due to industry hype momentum regarding commerce markets. Negotiations narrow sense (not taking into account simple forms such as “hit take”) have been identified an advantageous coordination mechanism for interaction buyers sellers markets that transcend selling commodities or uniform goods. Hence, support may become critical success factor markets, especially recent failures many industrial ventures. This paper presents Montreal Taxonomy, allows not only exact characterisation comparison broad variety negotiation designs systems, ranging from auctions bilateral bargaining tables, but could also lead towards structured approach design negotiations.
