摘要: The negotiation is a complex decision-making process in which two or more parties talk with one another afford to resolve their opposing interests. It can be divided into consecutive stages, namely: pre-negotiation phase involving structuring the problem and analysis of preferences, intention iterative exchange offers counter-offers, postoptimization aiming at improvement agreement obtained phase. In this chapter, we focus on negotiators\({^\prime }\) preferences ill-structured problems. We employ modified FTOPSIS approach AHP method for determining offers\({^\prime scoring system, allows easy evaluation both incoming as well packages under preparation. imprecision vagueness option\(\text {s}{^\prime descriptions modeled by fuzzy triangular numbers. Analytic Hierarchy Process used derive issue weights instead directly assigning such values issues (a classic approach). build final system allowing any potential package. whole supported proposed illustrated an numerical example.
