摘要: Abstract 1. Cycloheximide inhibits incorporation of [ 14 C]leucine into ribosomal protein in a cell-free system. The data indicate that the antibiotic does not interfere with amino acid activation or transfer activated acids to soluble-RNA. 2. site action apparently involves acyl-soluble-RNA ribosomes and subsequent formation. However, inhibition this step synthesis occurred only when supernatant fraction was added incubation mixture. 3. role is discussed.
