摘要: Resume Introduction L’objectif de notre etude est d’observer les pratiques reconstruction mammaire chez patientes âgees plus 70 ans prises en charge pour mastectomie totale a l’institut Bergonie. Materiel et methodes Il s’agit d’une retrospective unicentrique descriptive s’etendant janvier 2005 a decembre 2015. Grâce au releve informatique, nous avons repertorie analyse toutes ayant beneficie mammaire. Resultats Cinq cent quatre-vingt-dix ont subi une sur la periode. Vingt-huit (4,7 %) Dix-neuf (67,9 %) realise immediate 9 (32,1 %), differee avec un delai moyen 2 ans. Seize (57,1 %) pose d’un expandeur remplace par prothese definitive. (17,9 %) prothese. Six (21,4 %) fait lambeau autologue grand dorsal 1 patiente (3,6 %), liporemodelage exclusif. Quatre (14,3 %) presente des complications postoperatoires sans necessite d’explantation ou perte lambeau. Vingt (71,4 %) eu jugee satisfaisante. Conclusion La possible. Des etudes complementaires sont necessaires definir francaises.
