摘要: Further study on the localization of abscisic acid (ABA) has been undertaken at ultrastructural level in Chenopodium polyspermum L. Axillary-bud-bearing nodes main axis were fixed with soluble 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3 ethyl carbodiimide, then postfixed paraformaldehyde and embedded Lowicryl K4M at-20° C. Ultrathin sections mounted grids successively incubated rabbit anti-ABA antibodies gold-labelled goat anti-rabbit anti-bodies (40 nm particle size). Control treated preimmune serum ABA-preabsorbed devoid label. The background staining was very low this technique. Quantitative analysis immunolabelling showed that two sites ABA accumulation could be defined: first, plastids cortical cells vascular parenchyma associated sieve elements xylem vessels; second, cell cytoplasm nucleus axillary bud tip procambial strands. In bundles, cambial no immunoreactivity. These observations support hypothesis for cytoplasmic synthesis which is subsequently trapped as mature.
