摘要: Abstract Oxide coatings formed on titanium in electrolytes with Na 2 B 4 O 7 or SiO 3 by the method of plasma electrolytic oxidation and containing TiO , respectively, were impregnated an organic solution bismuth and, thereafter, annealed air at 700 °C. As a result, layered oxide containing, aside from silicon oxides, crystalline phases titanate (Bi Ti 12 ) silicate 5 obtained. The composition structure surface parts distribution bismuth-containing compounds over have been investigated.
