摘要: Abstract The functional properties of oxide coatings on metals depend the composition and structure their surface. In this work, change with temperature air annealing surface NiO + CuO/TiO2/Ti composites formed by combination plasma electrolytic oxidation titanium in phosphate-borate-tungstate electrolyte containing nickel copper acetates impregnation solution nitrates was studied. It has been shown that varying allows one to form ensembles micro- nano-sized crystals different CuO are at T = 500 ÷ 700 °C, NiWO4 present T = 750 ÷ 850 °C, Ni2.62Ti0.69O4 whiskers - T ≥ 900 °C. data obtained suggest remaining impregnating accumulated pores, as well transport from coating depth surface, play an important role formation crystals. summarized given temperatures complex can be effective for controlling architecture nanolevels and, therefore, properties.
